Warranty Instructions

If you have ANY issues with a Scorpion product that has our “Sting Free” warranty you can simply return it to us and have it exchanged for a brand new one. For any products not covered by our LIFETIME warranty, please have your proof of purchase available at time of warranty claim. Items covered by Lifetime Warranty include: Binoculars, Spotting Scope, Rifle Scopes and Select rangefinders (model #’s HZ010D-900m & LRF500 AC).

How to send your products back:

Print the warranty form below, fill out all the information requested, include form with your product and send it back to us for an exchange. As soon as your product is received it will be inspected by a technician. If the issue is identified a replacement item will be sent to you at our cost. Should your product be discontinued, a product of similar quality and price will be sent back to you.


*If you do not have access to a printer, please be sure to include a note stating the information requested on the form.
